Description: LionheartTM FX Microscope is a compact microscopy system offering a broad range of imaging workflows using fluorescence, brightfield, color brightfield, and phase contrast channels. An environment control cover provides incubation up to 40°C and containment for CO2/O2 control, and the humidity chamber optimizes conditions for long-term live-cell imaging applications. This instrument is also connected to an automatic injector for different applications (e.g., calcium assays)
Four different cubes for fluorescence (channel)
EX 469/55, EM 525 nm (e.g., GFP )
EX 377/50, EM 447/60 nm (e.g., DAPI)
EX 586/15, EM 647/57 nm (e.g., Texas red)
EX 523/40 EM 593/40 nm (e.g.,RFP)
Phase contrast channel or brightfield
Objectives:
4X phase contrast
10X phase contrast
20X phase contrast
60X (air)
Multivessel adapter
Four slide holder assembly
With this instrument, you can do the following:
